What is the iDR-4?
The iDR-4 is a 1U rack or desk mount unit containing
all the DSP (digital signal processing) power needed
for 16 input and 16 output channels. The iDR-4 has the
ability to be controlled via the front panel using the
soft keys and menu/function buttons. Coupled with this
is an informative LCD display and Soft LEDs which are
able to display many functions within iDR.
What does iDR-4 offer?
iDR-4 has the same DSP processing
power as the iDR-8 offering the full 16 x 16 Matrix.
IDR-4 only differs from iDR-8 in a few areas - Input
Limiter, Input Delays, Headphone Socket, MIDI. iDR-4
can be expanded to 14 inputs and 14 outputs using the
iDR-In and iDR-Out on the digital audio bus. Several
iDR units can be daisy chained using the digital audio
bus for increase inputs and outputs in the system.
