Presets

The Preset system is at the heart of the iDR System. It is the brain or memory of the iDR unit and stores any changes, setup, interactions and data into Presets for recall as required.

iDR has 250 Presets. This may seem like a small number, and it would be if the Preset system was based on "full" presets. In fact, iDR utilises a Preset system derived from the well trusted installation range - DR66 and DR128. The Preset system has been adapted and refined over the years in response to user feedback and updated DSP techniques.

iDR has a "Partial" Preset system which acts as a form of overlay system. The partial preset allows for only the stored data to be updated, saving programming time, increasing flexibility and minimising the storage space needed for the data.
